We had a very pleasant stay at a hotel in Jeju. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a great view of the sea. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially when we realized we had forgotten a jacket in our room. They went above and beyond to find it and send it back to us in another city. The location was convenient, with easy parking and close proximity to Hyeopjae beach. we highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the beautiful mountains and the hotel facilities were great. The staff went above and beyond to help us when we forgot a jacket in our room, even sending it back to our home in Daegu. The location was ideal, with a short walk or drive to stunning beaches and convenient stores nearby. We also loved the microwaves in the lobby and the onsite convenience store.

Our stay during Thanksgiving was wonderful! We were delighted by the spacious and clean room, with an amazing balcony that had a view of the mountains. The staff were kind and did their best to assist us, despite our language barrier. We also appreciated the complementary towels and soap, as well as the huge fridge in the room. The hotel is located close to beautiful beaches and convenience stores, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel was more geared towards families with children, so the atmosphere was a bit loud and not as relaxing as we had hoped. Additionally, the location was quite far from some of the sights we wanted to visit, so renting a car or taking public transportation was necessary.

The room was too small, we barely had space for our luggage. The shower was not working properly, the water was either too hot or too cold, making it hard to take a proper shower.

It lacked variety and was not very special with mostly Kimchi, nuggets, rice and toast being served.
